UP maps migrant skills, Goals to clones Fabric Narrative of Vietnam, Bangladesh

Amid the influx of migrants from national textile centers of Gujarat, Punjab and Maharashtra after covid-19 lockdown, the Uttar Pradesh government wants to replicate the achievement of Vietnam and Bangladesh in getting significant textile production and exporting hubs.
