Taking multiple short breaks during work, resting your mind through meditation, avoiding screen time before bed, creating a calming bedtime routine, and prioritising 7-8 hours of sleep– these are some of the ways one can give rest to their body, mind and soul. While there is no substitute to hard work when it comes to success, having proper rest every day is equally important. And the earlier one understands and incorporates this in their life the better.
