“The language of the subconscious is FEELING. So if you’re going to do this process to impact the subconscious, make sure that you add FEELING to it. It’s not enough just to repeat the affirmation in words and visualization. You have to repeat the feeling as well. Your subconscious or unconscious responds to feeling more than it does to words. Certainly, repetition is helpful, but if you don’t add feeling to the visualization, you are losing a major component to success,” explains a neuroscience expert.
